Spring is almost here – tulips have blossomed all over Dallas and are absolutely breathtaking!  It is time to put aside the heavier winter foods of root vegetables and winter squashes and reach for the more lighter choices of lettuces, onions, cabbage, celery, parsley, green peas and spinach, all of which can be found on GG’s Khan Kitchen Bar.

Spring cleaning is in the air also.  Several of my new clients are on the new 3 month total body cleanse and it is going great so far!  Cleaning our internal bodies is just or more important as cleaning out those cobwebs from the corners of the garage in the Spring!
